Thomas C. McCreary has been a champion for youth for many years. While working for the private sector, he mentored and coached youth in Milwaukee and left a lasting impression. After transitioning to the non-profit sector, Mr. McCreary served as Program Director and provided young men and women looking for a second chance in the trades with the personal as well as professional skills that would support their success in life.

For two years Mr. McCreary led a national youth mentor program in Milwaukee, and he and his team effectively provided mentoring throughout the COVID pandemic, leading to a rise in students’ grades as well as employment and scholarship opportunities.

It was during this time Mr. McCreary realized the need for his organization Free Will Academy. The team at FWA is focused and committed to providing our participants the training that will teach and enhance their understanding of Free Will.
